Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney Wear Matching Rings, "Secret Wedding" Rumors Start Flying

Lady Gaga had something to smile about over the weekend. Maybe it was the handsome guy on her arm. Maybe it was her star-studded 30th birthday party. Or maybe it had something to do with the matching gold bands she and Taylor Kinney were wearing? Faster than you can say “Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis” the secret-wedding rumors started flying when Gaga and Taylor stepped out with huge smiles and noticeably shinier ring fingers last night. This feels especially note-worthy to us because Gaga never takes off her engagement ring. One reason we’re not quite sure though: Taylor’s band is on his right hand—not the hand where Americans typically wear their wedding rings.

In the past, Gaga promised that her big day be very un-Gaga-like—no meat wardrobe pieces, no one hatching from eggs. Instead, it will be more of a “family style” wedding: “We are not planning anything that is worth writing about.”

“I think if I wouldn’t let my mom do this with all of us and my family—I think if I would of denied the women of my life the planning of the wedding they would probably kill me,” she recently told Ryan Seacrest. “I have all the help in the world in a way!”
