I was flipping through red carpet film from the weekend, and Brit actress Kara Tointon's fringed Dennis Basso dress from the British Academy Television Awards totally jumped out at me—but I can't decide if that's a good thing!
In addition to his regular collection, Dennis Basso also designs wedding dresses for Kleinfeld, so it's not surprising that the dress has a wedding-y vibe. I mean, just look at that beading:
But the dress may have lost me at the asymmetrical fringe (you can see that better on the runway), which would either be majorly fun for dancing—or just majorly weird.
What do you think? Would you wear Kara Tointon's fringed Dennis Basso dress from the British Academy Television Awards as a wedding dress? Or would you rather walk down the aisle naked?
I mean, if naked were my only other option, I'd wear the dress. And I actually really, really love it from the top layer of fringe up. But I'd request it with symmetrical fringe, if possible!
