Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson are finally ready to tie the knot! Since getting engaged almost four years ago Jessica and her ex-NFL-player fiance have welcomed two kids—and been on the wrong end of a bunch breakup rumors. But Us Weekly is reporting the two will definitely make it to Mr. and Mrs.—and soon! The duo are set to swap vows over July Fourth weekend, a source tells the magazine.
The two will wed in Santa Barbara, California, the source says. (They originally planned to wed in Capri, Italy, but decided it was "too much" to ask their friends to fly to Europe.)
As for the wedding dress: "Jessica is having something unique made," the source shares. "It will be very different from the Vera Wang she wore to wed Nick Lachey [in 2002]."

When I was younger I wasn't the into holiday-weekend weddings, but now I like having the extra time to spend among friends. (Interestingly enough, shortly after Jessica and Eric got engaged, rumors were swirling that they'd tie the knot over another holiday: New Year's Eve.)
