When I featured wedding dresses inspired by Keira Knightley's yesterday, reader LolaInHeels asked me if I could find short wedding dresses with "a little more pizzazz"—and sleeves—for her city hall wedding. Her budget is $2,000, but we can do WAY better than that! Here are my top six picks:
