Fall 2014 Fashion Week just wrapped up, and there was one makeup look I think would be just dreamy for a bride: the dewy, glowy makeup models wore at the Honor show. It was all about flawless shimmering skin, rose-petal cheeks and lips, and subtle glamour on the eyes (with the faintest hint of navy—so chic).
The inspiration for the show was "a snow globe inside a terrarium," so makeup artist Romy Soleimani used white, frosty highlighter reminiscent of dew drops—but I think this makeup would be perfect for a bride during any season, don't you?
Here's the exact palette Soliemani used.
PREP: Kevyn Aucoin The Primed Skin Developer
FACE: Kevyn Aucoin The Liquid Airbrush Foundation
EYE: Kevyn Aucoin The Eyeshadow Duo in #206 (Taupe Shimmer / Blackened Blue Shimmer)
LIP: Kevyn Aucoin The Plumping Lip Balm in Sheer Petal (launching fall 2014)
CHEEK: Kevyn Aucoin The Creamy Glow in Pravella

The models also wore winged black liquid eyeliner and faux lashes accenting the outer corners of their eyes, for a bit of a retro, doll-like effect.
So, so pretty, isn't it? I'd totally use this photo as my wedding makeup inspiration if I had it all to do over again.
(P.S. You have to see the beautiful red-and-pink manicure the models at Honor wore too—perfect last-minute Valentine's manicure idea, or nail idea for any day, really)
