If there's ANY day to let your freak flag fly, I'd say it's your wedding day, when everyone pretty much HAS to humor you. Case in point: Star Wars fans John and Mindy Doychich, who took a break from their Michigan wedding to prepare for battle against the Death Star and AT-ATs alongside their maid of honor and best man.
"They had mentioned wanting to do something different," wedding photographer Steven Kowalski told Huffington Post. "I had the idea for them to be looking up at an epic battle." Steven spent six or seven hours editing the photo, which originally featured the less-daunting backdrop of Lake Michigan.
The nerd-tastic antics didn't end there for John and Mindy, who served a Boba Fett-shaped groom's cake at the wedding.

Rory would have loooooved to do a Star Wars photo—but I bet he would have humored me and done a Clueless one. If I had married Petra, all of the photos would have been Mean Girls-themed.
