When David’s Bridal was searching for a model for its spring ad campaign, the retailer wanted someone who represented its customer base. Since the average David’s Bridal customer is a size 14, David’s sought out a size-14 model—and found Mercy Watson, whom the company flew to London for a photo shoot that would celebrate the brand’s U.K. expansion. The resulting images are perfectly British (with shots by the Embankment, Parliament, the Orangery, and a pub) and perfectly breathtaking. Check ’em out:
