If you’re not starry-eyed over Misty Copeland, check your pulse. She’s the first African American principal dancer in the American Ballet Theatre. She’s one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People in the World. She’s the author of two autobiographical books, one of which was optioned into a feature-length film. And she happens to be engaged to longtime boyfriend Olu Evans.
And while we overlooked her engagement ring at last night’s event {Sorry, diamonds. Too much girl power. } it caught our eye in this morning’s recap photos, and we needed to see more.
